Hypocrisy !!!

I am hypocrite...you are hypocrite...we are hypocrites..... Look inside yourself ...audit yourself and see if your opinions, feelings, standards are consistent with your actions and you will easily find the hypocrite inside you....Be it religion, be it social life...be it professional career..

Can we be successful this way? Some say YES.. each person has his/her own definition of success.. but my strong belief is that you loose everything ...the character..the value ..the self respect...

WEB Presence !!!!!!

I remember once a friend of mine asked me "Do you have web presence?". I said yes I have email accounts. He said that is not enough. Being a IT professional you should have a web presence. You all can check your web presence by writing your name in google. There should be links associated with your name. How can we start? It is very easy. Join technical forums like Experts-Exchange, write your own blogs, join IT communities like Linkedin, publish your presentations and project work on slideshare. You can also have your own website. This web presence can always add value to your professional career.

Ban On FACEBOOK!!!

I think face book should be banned until and unless they publicly apologize to all muslims. There are double standards of freedom of speech in world. I don't know when will the WEST learn. We muslims are a reality. We are more then one fifth of the population and Hazrat Muhammad S.A.W.W is our most beloved personalty. It definitely means that they want to provoke us. If there is a single page/group which has published such stupid stuff and there are thousand pages condemning it even then it should be blocked. To all those who were doing advertisement and business using face book, I suggest to find alternatives. There are many possible alternatives and to those who use it to just feed comments like " I am sleeping" "I reached home" "I am bored" come on people grow up. Social networking is good thing but its a worst scenario when you don't meet your neighbor in actual and send him comments on face book. Our life is not in these computers. But still then these are my feelings.

Things To Consider Before Joining An Organization

The fresh graduates who seek jobs usually forget a few basic things. Not every job or organization is good for you. You should be very careful in selecting the job/organization. There are a few ingredients of a good job;
1- The organization you join should be progressive.
2- The organization should have a concern for human resource.
3- Human Resource is the snapshot of an organization.
4- The employees should be given trainings and a continuous development program should be there by the organization.
5- You should see where you will stand in that organization after five to six years.

Now I try to elaborate my points. There are many organizations which have no concern for its employees and just for their money. You will be no more then a disposable hero working there. The Human Resource department should be proactive for an organization to be efficient and effective. It should value its employees. Give them incentives, reward system, timely promotions and most important is training and development. If you grow so will the organization so by spending on your trainings and certifications, ultimately the organization is going to benefit. Now the most important point is where you will stand in the next five to six years. There should be a proper promotion system. Suppose you join as an IT Associate and you remain IT Associate after five years of hard work then this all hard work is wasted as you should have been in the managerial role after completion of your five years.

My First Blog

This is my 1st blog. So many things coming to my mind. Will any one benefit from this blog? Why people blog? What is the purpose of blogs? Lets answer these questions. Yes some one can benefit from blogs if he/she is facing a problem and the blog has a solution or at least hint to the solution. People blog because that is human nature to express him or herself. In the old times painting and writing books was a preferred method. In this digital age, everything is associated with computers and Information Technology.

Blog is a powerful medium. You can express your feelings to millions of people very easily. It has been used destructively as well as constructively. It depends on how you write them. Hopefully my blogs will contribute positively to the society.
